What do if I leak through my clothes?

First of all, DON'T PANIC. I challenge you to find a menstruator who hasn't bled through a pair of pants - we've all been there. Step one is to make your way to the nearest bathroom to clean up. If you have an emergency period product on you great, if not, hopefully the nearest bathroom does. If all else fails you can ball up some toilet paper to act as a temporary stop until you can get to a product. Clean up and rinse your clothing if need be. If it makes you more comfortable, you could try asking if someone you are with has an extra sweatshirt to tie around your waist while you get home to change. If not, no need to fret, periods are completely normal, stand tall and get yourself to the nearest change of clothes ASAP, you got this!!
